Casey: motivation to be successful
caseyelephant: I think my motivation to be successful
Overlaps in the realm of my moral imagination and simply proving people wrong.
Obviously, I like to be right. And I really like to be right in situations I can control.
My moral imagination is such that I understand the benefits of pessimism, I understand the concept of time and how it has…
a damn train.
My moral imagination leads me to exercise ‘seeing through different perspectives.’ However, my moral imagination favors its own perspective, and this is my success and also my failure.
I will not accept a truth at any given moment as I am inclined to analyze each perspective, and determine whether the pessimistic or optimistic persuasion is the most beneficial or most truthful.
but then I stutter, halt, or give no response as I conjecture then someone says…whatever the hell people say
and then I just wish Casey was thurr.
